Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website, tcorpi.com, is operated by Trade Corp Investments LLC, a supplier of nutraceutical and supplement raw materials, with offices at 200 S. Andrews Ave., Suite 504, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, United States.

This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or contact us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What you give us

You only give us information when you choose to. That happens when you:

  • fill in one of our forms — to request a free sample, ask for a quote, or send us a question;

  • write to us in the chat window;

  • email or call us directly.

What we receive is what you type: typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of what you are looking for. We ask for nothing else, and we do not require you to create an account to browse the site.

What is collected automatically

Like any website, ours records basic technical information when a page loads: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open, and the date and time. This is used to keep the site working, to diagnose errors, and to understand which pages are useful.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, and there is no Meta pixel or similar advertising tag on this site.

The site sets three cookies, all of them necessary for it to function: one that manages page caching, one that protects forms against cross-site request forgery, and one that identifies your browsing session. They are placed by Wix, the platform this site runs on, and they carry no advertising profile.

Who processes information on our behalf

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We do rely on a small number of service providers, who process information only to deliver the service:

  • Wix: hosts the site, runs the contact forms and the chat window, and provides us with aggregate visit statistics and error monitoring.

  • GitHub Pages: serves several sections of the site. As with any web server, it receives the IP address and browser of visitors who load those sections.

  • Google Fonts: serves the typefaces the site uses. Google receives the IP address of visitors when the fonts are loaded.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Why we use it

We use what you send us to answer your enquiry, send the sample, quote or documentation you asked for, and to keep a record of our commercial dealings with you. We use technical information to operate and improve the site.

Where the law requires a legal basis, ours is your consent when you choose to write to us, our legitimate interest in running and securing this site, and compliance with our legal and accounting obligations.

Commercial emails

If you have contacted us, we may occasionally write to you about products, availability or offers we think are relevant to your business. We send these only to the address you gave us, and only in connection with the enquiry you made — we do not buy contact lists and we do not pass your address to anyone else for their own marketing.

You can stop receiving them at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any of those emails, or simply reply and tell us. Unsubscribing has no effect on the quotes, samples or documentation you have asked us for — we will still answer those.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and to maintain the commercial relationship, and afterwards for as long as our legal, tax and accounting obligations require. When neither applies any more, we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to us at the address below and we will answer.

  • If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to processing, to request that we restrict it, to receive your data in a portable format, and to complain to your national data protection authority.

  • If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers operate internationally, so the information you send us may be processed outside your country. Where that happens for visitors in the EEA or the UK, our providers rely on the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiries is limited to the people at Trade Corp Investments who need it to answer you. No system is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information you would not want stored.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
